Privacy policy

This privacy policy applies to the Leaves & Blades website with its own enquiry form, without analytics tools and without first-party cookies.

1. Controller

The controller responsible for this website is:

Steve Roesel
Leaves & Blades

Email: steve.roesel@leavesandblades.com

2. Principle

This website is designed to minimise data processing. It does not use newsletter registration, user accounts, tracking or analytics tools, or first-party cookies. The enquiry form only collects information required to process a contact enquiry.

3. Website access / server logs

When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary access data, such as IP address, date and time of access, requested file, browser information and transferred data volume. This processing supports secure and stable website operation.

Hosting provider:
WEB.DE - ein Dienst der 1&1 Mail & Media GmbH
Karlsruhe branch
Brauerstraße 48
76135 Karlsruhe
Germany

4. Contact form and email

For an enquiry, the name, email address, optional telephone number, selected enquiry category and message text are processed so the enquiry can be classified and answered. The form sends the information to the project email address; no separate form database is intended. Depending on the content, the legal basis is processing a pre-contractual enquiry or the legitimate interest in organised project communication. Please do not send sensitive health data, identity data, complete patient records or confidential documents without being asked.

5. Downloads

The PDF files provided are intended for general orientation, documentation and project communication. Opening them locally does not transmit data to Leaves & Blades. When accessed online, technically necessary server log data may be generated by the hosting provider.

6. External links

This website may link to external services, such as Instagram or partner websites. The privacy terms of the respective providers apply when external links are opened. Leaves & Blades has no control over their data processing.

7. Rights of data subjects

Subject to the GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to certain processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
